Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer free shipping in Europe* and free shipping worldwide** over 300$ purchase. 

We dispatch order between 2-3 business days. See the Shipping page for more informations. 

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or modify orders. However we can cancel orders if they have not shipped. Once orders have been shipped and issued a tracking number, they can no longer be cancelled. In any case, please email hola@faye-ricchitelli.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If you purchase a product that says « made-to-order » means that we don’t have the product in stock and it will take 3 to 4 weeks for us to produce it and dispatch your order. It allow us to not over produce. 

Our ready-to-wear line is made in Florence, Italy in a small-scale atelier and the swimwear line is made in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. 

We are constantly challenging the fashion industry to reduce our impact on the planet. Reducing energy consumption by ethically producing in the same area we print. Using existing organic buttons, deadstock fabric from Haute Maison de Couture, FSC labeled shipping boxes and always looking for organic or/and eco fabric first. It is of utmost importance to apply conscientious business practices throughout the whole process.
