When I imagined Una Escapada Caribeña, I wanted to create a drop of summer essentials inspired by the way we live here in the Caribbean. Pieces designed to follow the rhythm of a day spent under the sun, from the beach to dinner.
Every summer has its essentials, and for me, a great t-shirt is one of them. Easy to throw over a bikini, effortless to wear from morning to evening, it's the piece that always finds its way into my suitcase. That's why The Summer Essential T-shirt naturally returned for this drop, alongside The Amore T-shirt, reimagined this season in a deep navy blue.
The drop brings together everything I naturally reach for during summer: light embroidered silhouettes made from a lightweight, sheer deadstock cotton fabric, our iconic reversible bikinis, two graphic t-shirts, and two new caps designed to accompany every escape.
The embroidered silhouettes are made from a lightweight, sheer deadstock cotton fabric, giving new life to an existing material. Each piece is finished with FAYE's signature Sun medallion, embroidered in-house as a subtle detail that reflects the spirit of the brand.
I wanted every piece to feel effortless. Easy to throw into a suitcase, easy to wear, and easy to come back to, summer after summer.
The same goes for the caps. Whether it's the FAYE Sun Cap or the Vacation FAYE Cap, they were imagined to become part of those long days outside, following the sun wherever it takes you.
